On one of the hottest days of the year, Abe came out after 6 pm, within 30 minutes of our call. While my Resident Mgr believed the unit needed to be replaced, Abe was able to repair and resurrect my unit. He was not only prompt, and efficient, but also incredibly polite, knowledgeable, informative, and blessedly patient while we asked countless questions! I will be a Climate and Energy Solutions customer for life, and, if possible, request Abe as the technician-although I’m sure that with his amazing talent, I will not have any more a/c problems!

I could not recommend Jason and his team more… We just had a major energy upgrade done to our home including adding solar energy, new heating and air, insulation, and ducting, and we could not be happier with the results! The company is managed with integrity and kept every promise made in the installation and outcome of the systems we purchased. Our solar works great, and our new heating and air is so much more efficient than our old system that our home is now comfortable no matter what the weather is doing outside. If you live near Chico and you are thinking of doing an energy project, I could not recommend Jason and his team more highly. And, as the only P.G. & E. Certified contractor in town, the rebates and tax credit benefits of doing the project are incomparable to other companies. This is the best investment we have ever made in our home. You will not be disappointed, we promise!

Quick and they were respectful, considerate and they did a great job. I know that my wife and I really appreciated Jason’s attentiveness; I think he came out 2 or 3 times actually trying to respond to our concerns about the aesthetics of the Solar panels. And wanting to make sure they were set up on the roof so that they look nice and they were in an organized fashion, and so we really appreciated him taking the time to do that. And I think he took pictures and then came out and showed us the pictures and what it would look like with the different panels on the roof. We really appreciated him taking the time to show us what the project would look like and that we would be satisfied with it. And when the crew came out and did the project, they started quickly and they were respectful, considerate and they did a great job. And they really met our expectations and we’re really pleased with the work that was done.

Excellent customer service all the way around My name is Gina and I just had Climate & Energy Solutions come out and put solar panels in and they’re putting an HVAC system as well. It was refreshing to have so much attention and detailed explanation. They came out 3 separate times to make sure things were explained as thoroughly as possible.
